Six commitments,

  1. Every proposal is explained, every exchange with a club is shared, every decision is made together. The player and his family always know exactly where their project stands.

  2. The player stays with us because our work helps him, week after week: news from the clubs, sound advice, doors that open. The mandate sets the framework, and trust does the rest.

  3. Every week, every player takes stock with us: matches, minutes, fitness, morale, contract. Any dip is spotted early and dealt with early.

  4. We stay in regular contact with clubs across Europe and the world: sporting directors, recruitment staff, head coaches. The day a need arises, the conversation is already under way.

  5. In every transfer window, we bring our players a plan, leads and real opportunities: trials, transfers, contract extensions. The player goes into every window with a plan, and with us by his side.

  6. Everything is set out clearly: the mandate, the objectives, the calendar, the exchanges. Real tools, a written method, and a team that always answers.
