Since 2011, we have been out on the ground. We earned our credibility through the quality of our work, and that takes the time it takes: professional exchanges, relationships that always stay positive, promises kept.
Every relationship has a beginning and an end, with a player as with a club. We always keep the best of it. We are grateful for every experience we have lived: each one helped us grow, and each one brought value to our players, our coaches and the clubs we have worked with.

Tolu placed his trust in us. He always listened to the offers we brought him and the advice we gave him, at every turning point of his career: from Amiens in Ligue 2 to the Belgian top flight, then all the way to the Premier League. In our own way, we played a part in each of these steps.
